This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Management School. Keele Management School is a dynamic and distinctive School renowned internationally for its multi-disciplinary education and research. Our mission is to provide a challenging and rewarding academic experience for students, together with high quality research and engagement with public, private and voluntary organisations.

The School is currently undergoing expansion in all areas of activity and has been identified as a strategically important area of development within the University. Over the period to 2021 we anticipate a significant expansion of the School with growth occurring across a broad front, through the development of new courses, optimisation of opportunities for international collaborations, a strengthening of our research portfolio and development of enterprise activities. The Smart Innovation Hub, a sector leading building due for completion in spring 2019, will provide an exciting new home for the School and the opportunity for staff to work collaboratively with entrepreneurs and business owners.

As part of this expansion, the School is introducing a MBA (Senior Leaders) Apprenticeship degree and other executive programmes. This new role will take responsibility for the leadership and development for this and other executive programmes. The successful candidate can be from any business related discipline, but particular emphasis will be placed on candidates with a background in one or more of the following areas: Entrepreneurship; Human Resource Management; International Business; Leadership; Logistics; Operations Management and Strategy.
