Postgraduate Programmes Administrator

Grade 5, Salary range £22,658 to £26,243

The post of Postgraduate Programmes Administrator is a new post in the School of Social Science and Public Policy. It is a diverse role based in a busy School that will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to work with a broad group of colleagues both internal and external to Keele. To apply you will require at least two years recent experience of administering either postgraduate and/or undergraduate programmes, gained in a higher education setting. You will also have GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above and be educated to at least A level standard or NVQ Level 3, or have relevant work experience.

The School of Social Science and Public Policy is one of five Schools based in the Faculty of Humanities of Social Sciences. It offers a portfolio of both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Criminology, Education, Sociology and Social Work and comprises 33 Academic staff supported by a Professional Support Team of 10 staff.

The School has a strong research culture with a number of Academic staff attracting research funding from a range of external funding sources.

The post is offered on a full-time basis.
