Undergraduate Administrator and Assistant to the Senior Team
Grade 4 Starting salary £19,730


Applications are invited for the post of Undergraduate Administrator and Assistant to the Senior Team within the School of Allied Health Professions. You will be required to assist in the provision of comprehensive administrative support for the School’s three undergraduate programmes and diary support to members of the School’s management team.

You will be an excellent communicator and team player who possesses initiative, drive and commitment. Experience in a similar customer focused role is essential including experience of servicing committees, such as note taking. You will also bring a willingness to support across the team and a flexible approach to working hours where required, including some weekend work to cover open and offer holder’s days.

You must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and you should also have experience of using Microsoft Office in the workplace. You should also have experience of data input and maintenance including the use of Scims (Student Course Information Systems). Experience of computerised timetables is also an advantage.
