Teaching Fellow in Physician Associate Studies

Part-time 0.2 FTE (Mondays)

Grade 7 Starting salary £33,199 pro rata

This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff teaching the new Physician Associate (PA) course in Keele University’s School of Medicine.

The new Physician Associate academic programme will commence in March 2019. You will assist the Course Director with teaching delivery, module and timetable design, organisation and marketing of the course.

You will be either a Graduate PA with demonstrable clinical experience, or a clinically experienced health care professional educated to Masters level. Experience of clinical teaching, of designing and developing learning programmes and in demonstrating clinical skills are essential. You must be able to work both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team, have excellent presentation and communication skills and successful time management and organisation skills.
