This post represents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s highly rated School of Medicine.

Working within a team of administrative staff you will be responsible for the day-to-day organising of postgraduate courses within the School of Medicine, drawing on your relevant work experience in an administrative environment.

Based in Keele Hall, you will have experience of successful team working and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with people at all levels, as you will deal with enquiries from, and liaise with, a wide range of people from within the University and external organisations.

You will possess a minimum of four GCSEs, at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications or work experience, plus either, an NVQ Level II in Business Admin/Clait Plus/RSA III or equivalent work experience in an administrative environment. Experience of the use of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
