Grade 4 Starting salary £19,730

This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Finance Directorate. Reporting to the Research Management Accountant, the post holder will gain accounting experience, working as part of the team responsible for post-award financial management of externally funded projects. The post holder will be expected to study towards the AAT qualification, for which a study package will be provided.

Possession of good communication and interpersonal skills is required as well as good IT skills, in particular, in the use of Microsoft Excel. You should be numerate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Some recent experience in a financial environment is essential.
