Grade 4 Starting salary £19,730

This post represents an exciting opportunity to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Marketing and Communication Directorate.

Keele University is leading a consortium of local universities, and colleges in the delivery of a Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) project aimed at widening participation in higher education. The National Collaborative Outreach Programme is designed to help learners in Y9 – Y13 from areas less likely to progress to higher education access university-level study. This post is part of the central Management Team for the project and is based at Keele University within the Marketing and Communications Directorate. The post is fixed term until July 2019 with a two year extension to July 2021 to be confirmed shortly.

The role will provide administrative support to the central Higher Horizons+ team. The administrative responsibilities will be broad based and varied, including organising events, office administration, minute taking, and setting up appointments. The post will also require traveling to visit other institutions which are part of the network partnership and will involve extensive liaison with other organisations.
